Leia Intelligence is an independent AI advisory and implementation practice for businesses. We help you work out where AI genuinely moves the numbers, what it takes to do it safely, and — just as often — where it doesn’t belong. Then, when it’s worth doing, we build it.

Who’s behind it
Leia is led by its founder, Martin Hunt — and unlike most people who advise on AI, he builds it. He has personally shipped production AI systems end to end: LLM orchestration across providers, image and video generation, conversational AI with memory and voice, and the compliance scaffolding that has to hold up around all of it. So the recommendations here come from someone who has had to make this work in production — not just present it in a deck.
That’s built on twenty-seven years in consulting on major infrastructure, long enough to have watched technology get promised, oversold, and occasionally delivered. It’s the judgement the advice rests on: a realistic read of the effort, the risks, and the failure modes, because we’re the ones who’d have to make it work.

We don’t resell platforms, take vendor commissions, or have a product to push. The only thing steering a recommendation is whether it’s right for you. If the honest answer is that AI isn’t the solution — or that a smaller, cheaper, non-AI fix would do — that’s what you’ll hear.
