How we work

Principles, not platitudes.

Diagnose first, prescribe second.

Most AI implementations fail because the technology is selected before the problem is understood. Our methodology inverts this. We spend time understanding your workflows, your data, your people, and your tolerance for error before we recommend any specific approach.

Vendor-independent.

We do not earn commissions on AI products. We have no reseller agreements with Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other vendor. When we recommend a tool, it is because it fits your problem.

Conservative by design.

The dominant failure mode in corporate AI adoption is over-promising and under-scoping. We prefer to ship one reliable capability than to demonstrate three unreliable ones. Our recommended first builds are deliberately narrow so that the first measurable success is visible quickly and underpins broader adoption.

While Martin leads all client engagements directly, Leia Intelligence draws on a small network of trusted associate consultants whose expertise complements the core AI advisory and implementation work. About the founder

Martin Hunt

Leia Intelligence is founded and led by Martin Hunt, who combines 27 years of professional consulting experience with hands-on practical experience designing and building production AI systems. Martin has personally architected and delivered a multi-tenant AI Software-as-a-Service platform incorporating large language model orchestration, multi-modal generation (text, voice, and image), comprehensive content moderation, and full regulatory compliance under the EU AI Act, GDPR, and the UK Online Safety Act. He leads all client engagements directly. Where specialist input beyond the core AI advisory and implementation work is required, this is provided by Leia Intelligence's network of associate consultants on a project basis.
